Sold us a car on ebay as "mechanically sound, flawless inside and out, 1 minor front bumper accident, PERFECT repaint in that area, PERFECT CAR!" Car arrived with multiple, serious issues.



After LONG DELAYS and LOTS of EXCUSES, dealer had local rep here look at car to make repairs. Rep got w/in 20 feet and said would NOT TOUCH CAR: too many issues including having been in a MAJOR ACCIDENT, improperly replaced AIRBAG (making car unsafe to drive), whole body repaint already bubbling & failing, 30+ ENGINE LIGHT CODES on, driver's door falling off (speaker non-fuctional & needing replacement, & spewing disintegrating FOAM everywhere), catalytic converter failing & needs to be replaced!



Paid $10,000 -- local dealer says value is $4000!



Offered for dealer to come get car & refund all, OR settle with us for difference between price & FMV.



RUN AROUND by ALICIA at dealer for nearly 2 months now!! STILL NO RESOLUTION!
