You would think they would work on behalf the owners, but they would not open the office door and give me an application even though they were ten feet away. They said I had to make an appointment and come back between 3 & 5. My client had to wait 30 days extra to move in because they refused to email an application. Then they said I had to pay $100 just to leave with an application. This can not be legal. How do they have jobs? If you are a board of director for a condominium and use them your are doing a great disservice to any who owns property in the building and should really reconsider doing business with them unless you like losing thousands of dollars because they wont email an application.
