the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. pulled up to the drive thru and theres a major line (which is fine). i finally get to the order box and im told to pull up to the 2nd window. i told them i didnt order yet. back and forth 3 times and he says he'll take my order at the window. i figured something happened and thats why there was such a line. i pull around the car in front of me to a line wrapped around the building. pull to the window (as close as i could anyway, there was already a car there). he told me to get back in line and i shouldnt have done that... the worst. this wasnt the first bad experience there, but it will be the last. always rude, always lazy/slow moving, and the customers are scum (not ronalds fault but i wanted to throw that in there). i go to the one by 17th st now, way better.

Gotta watch these guys, some their staff should find another line of work...bad service.

I received a shriveled up burger that curled up on the edges with a stale bun. Would not give me my money back. Lost my appetite. There were also homeless people hanging out in the parking lot.
