Located in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., New River Middle School serves more than 1,300 students in grades six through eight. The school has a cafeteria that serves lunch and breakfast to students. In addition, it offers various after-school programs. The school also operates a library and media center that offers an accelerated reader program.
