The movers did protect my furniture, but took longer than necessary to load and unload. The movers took lunch on my $104 an hr rate and stole approximately $40.00 in change. I called one of the movers who said. "he would call me back over the money", but never did. The dispatcher, Frank called after I wrote a message, but never returned the call.



It was just disappointing, since I have moved six times over the last seven years and I know the time it takes to load and unload. But taking 30 minutes on my dime for their lunch, then charged for it; time to fold the moving blankets when I said I would help, oh no!!! I was told i was not capable to fold the blankets the way they wanted them.



One other problem is the movers brought up a tip to me early in the move, then consulted a friend of mine and told her that they normal received $100. to $500. apiece in tips.

Not professional!

New Guy Movers employed Neighborhood Moving Company.. The dispatcher from Neighborhood Moving Company. called and compensated for the down time for lunch and the change taken.

I work in real estate and have used Nice Guy Movers several times for the past year with my customers, and I want to thank them because they are excellent movers with reasonable prices. I recommend them every time I can!

Last week I moved and I hired nice guy movers services to do the whole process of packing and getting my things to my new place, I know I didn’t make a mistake when I took that decision they are real experts and treated my things with the delicacy that I wanted. Thanks for the good job.

I hired these guys for the second move this year; once again they did a terrific job, professional and friendly as always. As usual they were on time and even helped me moving some of my parent’s things in the house. All of my things were packed very carefully so nothing would get damaged and then moved quickly into my new place. Excellent service as always.

My recent move was completely seamless and expedite, the movers were all we could have wished for, they lifted and loaded the truck with complete professionalism. They were also easy to talk to and very polite; absolutely none of my items was damaged in any ways and the schedule was honored, thanks a lot you guys, I will recommend you guys to anyone I know.

All aspects of my move were taken care of properly, the movers came in with a small crane to load our inventory and came in with the necessary supplies to cover woodwork and walls, they were really nice as well, with the necessary attitude and energy to go through our local move. All of our items were relocated safely and on perfect time. Thanks a lot.

The movers arrived early, very professional and thorough. They had an specific checklist with the complete inventory which allowed them to do an effective job and allowed me to keep track of the costs of services and supplies. This company provided me with a wonderful crew of movers; the guys were awesome, completely careful, thorough, and helpful. They used mats to cover up floors and plastic blankets to cover delicate furniture, all our inventory arrived in perfect condition, It wasn’t like a huge move really, but the guys put their effort into it, they were prompt and caring with all of my belongings.

I wished my movers were just better than the ones I hired the last time I had to move three years ago. Nice Guys were great, smooth movers, respectful and professional. They didn’t cause any damages to my items, and did their best to keep the move inside the time frame stipulated on our contract. Thanks a lot you guys.

In a very organized manner these movers started disassembling my heavy pieces of furniture, and carrying the heavier items onto the truck. Very focused on keeping the schedule on time. The drive to new location was expedite, and without any inconvenience. The movers were near and polite during the whole thing. I am as thankful as can be, this is a great company with great employees.

There is nothing better than knowing that I paid for something that was really worthwhile…in this case, when the nice guy’s staff finished, I could see that what I invested could not be less because their job was excellent and I did not have to push them to do anything!

Is there something better than having this moving company doing our move? I do not think that! The experience with those amazing guys was a great moment that we will never forget because it was completely new for us! The staff did as much to let us feel comfortable and reliable enough! This guys were young but experienced movers that committed to do a prompt and safe move, which they did, I was completely satisfied with my move, and was specially satisfied with the final bill which honored the initial quote I was given at the time of booking.
