CLOSED NOW - Opens at 6:30am

Really poor customer service. Manager made everyone wait outside for a 1/2 hour when it was blowing rain, saying that the sign was wrong and they now open at 7:30 on Sunday morning. Everyone was soaked by the time they finally let us in. She had no interest whatsoever in the customers. Made everyone wait in line (since we had all been here since 7am when they advertised that they were open), and she stood there while the poor cashier had to handle the line of customers by herself. Worst manager I've ever seen. Everyone in line was complaining about her. She could have cared less about customer service. They also blasted the same music over and over again even though people complained, and then of course the air conditioning was set so low it was freezing everyone out. Hint: They have a fireplace that generates heat. That's where you'll find most people (drying off and warming up!).



I used to like Panera, but this branch needs to get a clue that it's the customers that keep them in business. I'm really tired of the looks and attitudes from the staff like they resent the customers. Last time I checked, we are the one's funding your paycheck.



TIme to look for another coffee shop.

This was one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. The staff was efficient and helpful. Everyone working there seemed sincerely interested in making sure that the service was exceptional. The atmosphere was warm, friendly and comfortable.



Integrity is also apparently an important ingredient for this restaurant. I lost my wallet there and when I called and described it they had held it for me in the back office. When I picked it up everything was there. Thank You, Panera!!!!!



I can't speak for the others but I would recommend this particular Panera Bread to anyone in the area.
