We've been with Pipeline over a year now and service is poor and sub-par. They were great at first, but have gotten worse over time. Their pool techs are constantly turning over. Repeatedly our gate was left unlocked by the techs even after constant emails to make sure it is locked. If for some reason Pipeline had to reschedule service they would do so on their own whim and half the time not contact us. When we needed to reschedule (twice in a year) they would not accommodate us. Pool cleaning was hit or miss, most of the time a miss. It got to the point we just stopped sending pictures of a dirty pool, post being cleaned, because we were tired of the constant back and forth. Below is a picture of how they last cleaned the pool and thought it was acceptable. It was raining out and after we contacted them to ask when they would be out to really clean the pool, we were told Monday for sure. Well, Monday came and went and no one ever showed up. My advice is do not choose Pipeline.

I first contacted Pipeline pools because my pump was broken. They came out the very next day and fixed my pool for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I have been using them for my pool maintenance ever since and have been very happy with the service.
