If I could have a negative amount of stars I would! I have dealt with a lot of different printing companies through the years and I found Quick Prints to be one of the worst!! The customer service is absolutely awful! The two people that are mainly out in the front dealing with the customers are not very helpful. I walked into the office wanting to get some singlets printed with my weightlifting team name on it, and at first impression they did not seem so bad how wrong I was. I brought them 10 singlets to get printed and 4 pairs of pants to also get our logo printed on. They did not show me a proof of the pant design till after they printed it on the pants! WHAT? Who does that, I have never heard of a company who does not show a proof before they print on the actual garment. Of course we did not like the design and now those pants are RUINED because we changed the design. So not only are those Nike pants ($45) ruined, they also ruined a $150 singlet the one of my lifters wear by not printing correctly on it the first time and then trying to correct it by reprinting it with cardboard in-between it and now the lines of the cardboard is able to be seen on the singlet. We brought them in on a Thursday and we said we needed them by the following Thursday. I have found that every time I speak with someone in this company they just try to pacify you to get you off the phone that is if you actually get to speak with someone when you call. If you try to email them they most likely won't get back to you until you send 3 or 4 emails regarding the same information. Usually when I call they conveniently are having "problems with their phones". Now I have tried multiple times in order get this issue resolved however, the owner and his staff will not take responsibility for ruining these garments or take responsibility for the lack of customer service. If you are reading thing I suggest you pick a different printing company.

As a professional photographer and travelling exhibitionist, its's my number one priority to have 3 things.



A Long-term relationship with a printer, a printer that is accurate in color, and turn-around time that is quick without a chance of being late.



Well.... Quickprints is like having your brother has a printer (no pun intended...). Every staff member takes their time to explain to you what you need and educates you on the varying prices pertaining to the different options available.



I wanted business cards. I was shown everything from metal cards to silk laminate cards, from 14 point and onward to the thickest cards (even plastic). Will (the owner) took his time to show me special little things like Foil and Spot UV.



With that said.. I look over, and see they print everything! Their presentation was wonderful and it was so clear. And Will also assured me if there is anything he can't do, he has a recommendation for someone who can.



The icing on the cake? I had a personal tracking of what was going on with my order and a confirmation of delivery.



So far, through Quickprints... I have printed my business cards, giant canvas pieces, all-over-printing t-shirts, stickers, got a friend a car wrap deal... and I continue to print to this day. SUPPORT THIS LOCAL PRINTER!!!!!!!!!!!
