Provided by YP.comdealt with one of their people in Fort Myers, sadly I would not recommend doing any business with this company, this particular person took a "fee" from a incoming tenant based on getting the space that was currently occupied by an existing tenant of 20 years. On paper it was all legal but morally and ethically it was reprehensible. This involved an existing nail salon that a new owner wanted and the agent involved facilitated the deal. She had said that the "landlord" was mad at the old tenant for trying to sell the business w/o their permission--which they did not sell only intended too then she had said that the new person credit was no good--definitely not true. As a result they are now out of an income and employees will be let go so that a new shop can come in and take their hard efforts for nothing. Pretty rotten way to do business!!
