They use the worst contractors imaginable who never show up, and then they yell at us for asking what is the status-- we are all upset about their disregard for our pets poor pets suffering literally as we all go to work with our pets locked up waiting for contractors who never come. This is the tip of the iceberg - making us park in distant spots blocks away on the street because they don't have the simple courtesy to tell us that their shoddy contractors are no-shows over and over. Doing huge damage to our units and refusing to take responsibility. Not returning emails or phone calls. Do not hire these people. They will take your money and you will regret it. A large number of residents in our building are at their wits' end with these guys and we cannot *wait* until the next cycle when we can clear them out and find a new company that has respect for the residents and doesn't treat the people who hired them like 3rd class citizens. Avoid! Don't say I didn't warn you! ;)
