We sent In a deposit for an apartment as required, we agreed to what Jennifer Gentile at Trans State requested which was full price and was told we had a deal at 10:30am. She said she was sending the lease for our signature. Hours passed and we didn't hear back. Finally after 7pm, I was told she went with someone else who can pay 6 months in advance with a credit score of 800. I have 798 by the way. How unprofessional and obviously not a person who's word means anything. I can't believe the company she works for would think that was a good business decision. The realtor who showed me the property is very upset also and I'm sure would think twice about showing their managed properties again. SHAME ON YOU!!

Do not make any type of Business, contract or anything that involves REAL estate with this Person Iris Riley she will find the way to screw people up she doesn't have the ethics nor the professionalism to handle a Real Estate transaction.
