I have a mortgage with this company, and they messed up my insurance bills two years in a row - this cost me $11,000 one year, and no insurance this year. The most incompetent insurance department I have ever dealt with. No responsibility, and accountability.

I opened an account with this bank and have alot of problems with my direct deposits. They are not deposited on a reliable schedule. I have complained about it several times but they refuse to correct the problem. Do not depend on your direct deposits to be posted as scheduled. Wells Fargo and Sun Trust are more reliable on direct deposits and deposit the money as soon as they receive it.
