HORRIBLE !! Called the salon to make an appointment for highlights (only because I had a coupon for 50% off, otherwise would not even go)

wanted to do highlights, they said JENNIFER will be my stylist.

OMG what a horrible mistake I have made :(

she was completely unprofessional and did not know what she was doing.

Somehow, instead of getting highlights, I walked out with terrible orange-yellowish-gold roots?????

I don't know how she did that But she did.

Total disappointment, would highly advise everyone to avoid at all costs.



I should have left when I saw the hair of the stylists. If their own hair looks bad, that's a red flag right there.

Do not do IT !!!!! I warned you !

I am strictly giving the salon 1 star. I went to have a gel manicure done, and i must say I am very dissapointed. After only a few hours the polish is already peeling off(i have had a gel manicure many times & the reason i like it so much is that it always lasts around 2 weeks). Also, the polish was applied very sloppy. The polish on every single nail didnt fully cover them. On some, the polish didnt fully come down to the sides. On others the polish didnt fully reach the tips. Im sure the reason that they were peeling. I must say, i did enjoy the staff- as they were all very polite & it wasnt a big fuss to have a refund issued. But when you are paying $25 for a gel manicure- you definetely want to make sure you are getting what you paid for.

As far as the rest of the store goes, i love it. They have a great variety of beauty supplies to shop for- but this review was not meant to be for the store, strictly for the salon.
