AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!! Definitely dissappointed with their service. We booked Fort Lauderdale VIP Limousine CO to take us to and from the Port of Miami Cruise Port. While the vehicles were nice and the drivers friendly, they were VERY late for both scheduled pickups. We didn't even receive a call from the driver until he was 30 minutes late! On the return trip, we missed our flight due to the drivers late arrival. I thought the purpose of hiring an EXPENSIVE transportation service was to ensure a prompt and timely pickup and delivery!!!When I contacted them for an explanation and refund, they told me it was my fault that I didn't call them when I noticed the driver was late. They refused to reimburse me and made a point to pass the blame on to me. Very poor customer service. I will never book with them again.
