By the time you read this pray for help.

If your reading this it's probably because you have already been had by this company.

They are the worst. They basically have been given a free pass by fannie and freddie and get so much business that they can treat you like trash. The don't make closing dates, don't return phone calls and basically are the worst company I have ever had to use for any service period! that says a lot because I have experienced quite a few bad auto shops and other theives.

Don't use them if you expect to close anytime within 90 days.

By the way I never take the time to complain about businesses, this is a first!

I hope I can save some family the heartache I have had with this place.

would not return calls. incomplete/incorrect closing amounts. delays in setting up closing. overall poor customer service. .

Watson Title Insurance does not stand behind their title searches and do not respond when you need them. Once the closing on my property was complete and they were paid. They disapear along with my ability to get clear Title to the propety purchased under their Title Insurance. I now have to hire an attorney to get title to my property. The closing manager Jeanine Cammeleri, Susie Randazzo and Vice President will not respond to phone calls, letters or email. They also have not responded to correspondence from the Closing Agent, Mortage holder or Broker involved with the transaction.

THEY OUGHT TO BE REPORTED!

I had a horrible experience with this company! First, my closing was held up for two weeks because they had not prepared my file correctly. During this two week time frame, I had been given three different closing dates. The closing agent (Rochelle) lied to me, my realitor/mortage broker and the sellers's agent on three different occasations about my case. To add insult to injury, I was allowed to close with a lien attached to the property! When I called the closing agent (MOST TIMES SHE DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS!) about the situation, she lied again stating she sent to check to the creditor (the creditor never recieved it). It took two weeks for the whole situation to finally be settled. That was just ridiculous! Hence, if your see this company on your paperwork when you begin to buy a home, immediately request another title company and save yourself the headache!

Poor Serfvice

The office is run very poorly.



I have had three separate experiences where their operator transfers me to people who are out sick or on vacation and doesn't notify me of this. The voice mail for the person does not state they are out of the office (except for Christy Weller).



The receptionist transferred me to 4 wrong people (not even the same first name) when asked to speak to Cathy Braser. Finally, the fifth time I got her voice mail. After not receiving a call back, I discovered she was out for the day.



Why aren't other staff cheking voice mails or taking calls when people are out sick? Why doesn't the receptionist tell you before transferring you that someone is out of the office?



This office is clearly poorly run.
