In my time in business I have had occasion to deal with many sign makers. Most times, they were professional and did great work. However, I had come into contact with one guy that I simply must voice my opinion about. This company, YOUR SIGN SOLUTION INC. is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only do they do shabby work—but there customer service—SUCKS! You would think this guy’s been working in Mumbai India for 20 years where there are billions of clients. It’s obviously where he learned his fine art of customer service. I asked him to make a correction and he basically told me to go f*** myself. Even without the Indian accent! I have seen high school kids with a month’s training on Illustrator do better work than this moron. My advise: Gas is cheap these days—drive right past this ignorant slug’s place of business.
