The people are laid back at Merinos Furniture, they are willing to answer any questions you may have but are in no way pushy or aggressive like so many other furniture and retail stores. The Manager Kathy Roberts was so helpful! They carry 'Best' brand which is made in America, the recliners are well constructed using real wood not pressed board like most recliners! 'Lazy boy' use to be our choice until we discovered their furniture is no longer America made, and still have an outrageous sticker price! 'Best' furniture is well constructed, you can make your furniture to suit exactly what you want and has an exceptional warranty... you have absolutely nothing to lose! We are very satisfied with the structure and quality on the two we bought!

Not impressed. We went there two weeks in a row and the sales people were horrible. Went on a Saturday to check it out with family from out of town. Not one of us was talked to by a sales rep except "Hi".

Come to find out the next couple of days my husbands saw on their commercial they were having a sale when we were there. He called them to see how long it was going on and was told it ended yesterday. He proceeded to tell her no one told us that when we were there and there was no signage that stated that. She asked him if he was interested in something he said a couple of couchs. She said come back and I will take care of you. He told her we would not be able to get there until Friday when I got off of work. She said that was fine

When we went on Friday, unfortunately I had to work later than normal we arrived about 5:53. We walked in and lights were begin turned off throughout the store. My husband asked at the desk, you much be closing? He was told yes at 6:00. Well it wasn't 6 yet and lights continued to turned off to the point we were standing in the dark with little light to find our way out. I asked to see Kathy, whom my husband talked to on the phone and she stepped up and said sorry we are closed unless you know exactly what you want but we open tomorrow morning at .... We just drove 45 minutes to get here and we weren't coming back. They really were not pressed to sell a darn thing the first time we were there or a week later. Very disappointing.
