Keep up the good work.

Easy access to NY city although outside the city so makes sleeping easier. Free parking is a boon. A good value for the money. Not fancy, but who needs fancy to just sleep. Breakfast is a very good full breakfast.

Stay here often mostly on business. Great location at a reasonable price. Excellent staff and Accommodations. I always look forward to a stay here after a day of much running around in NYC and on the occasions when traveling with family members the pool is a much welcomed site. Highly recommend.

Fitness room hours were great, pool hours were ok but was a great pool area though. Room was excellent no complaints. Staff was excellent. Room was very clean and modern, however common areas could be cleaner and elevators could run more efficiently. Overall was happy and would not hesitate to stay again.

Our stay was good. We wanted a hotel close to the Bronx zoo. This location worked out well. The beds and pillows were very comfortable though. I would stay here again.

Gentleman at the front desk made my experience even more enjoyable.

The service offered to the guests was exceptional. The staff really went out of their way to be helpful. We were part of a very large group of about 200 people. Randy was most accommodating and worked diligently to help make our reservations and meet the needs of our group. Laura ensured that the rooming lists were accurate. Duane, Albert and Jonathan were wonderful as well.

Room was clean and the staffs were very kind. The bathroom was clean and smells really nice. Bed was very soft and comfy that helped me to sleep really good!

Everything was good, as always. I really enjoyed myself I stay at this holiday inn a lot even though I'm from right across the bridge. All the holiday inn I've visited are nice. I come to this one because it is a smoking hotel. Which is hard to find in NYC

Great stay, clean friendly front desk staff and good cookies.

We chose this hotel for our weekend trip to NYC. The hotel was conveniently located for our next day trip to Yankee stadium. The hotel room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Really the only negative experience I had was when my kids took a shower as their was no exhaust fan and the steam coming from the bathroom was a little much! The food was good in the attached restaurant. They did not charge us for our two kids meals and breakfast was included for the adults. The kids breakfast cost was reasonable and it was a buffet. I had a pleasant experience and would stay here again!

The stay was great. The hospitality was excellent and my wife and I celebrated our 2nd yr anniversary. It was the best!!!! We will be staying here more often to getaway from the city and the breakfast was awesome!!

The hotel provided free shuttle service to Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital--what a convenience! The room was comfortable and clean for a good price.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to Pinstripe Bowl was great! We will visit again when we come to NYC

Good standard clean place reasonably priced. two queen beds. Everything else was as described and quite nice.

Good pace to stay at to visit the city. Rates are very good, the rooms large and clean, and the staff was great.
