I use to live in Fort Lupton,many years ago....At the time, I was married to my Husband.Now Thankfully,my Ex Husband.The cops were called to my home,regually by me and others.Because of Domestic violence .My ex husband would beat me and our children regularly

.The responding Officers.In m opinion,"Did Nothing .They did not do there Jobs....I grew up in Boulder County.My Cousins husband, is a police officer in ,

Thorton Colorado.I now know my rights as well as my childrens were not protected. The Responding Officers never arrested my ex husband.When I would go down to the police station the would not have my case ready.When they had me come down to take pictures of my brusies and then later my attorney at the time asked for copies . They gave us black and white. A officer later told me the didn't have ," updated equipment". I respect the police officers that do there jobs.I really do:) I however , do not respect the officers who,do not honor,the sworn otath the took, " to PROTECT AND SERVE".

Shame on the officers who stood by and did nothing in 2000 through 2007.
