Last time we came here there was a waitress who had concluded our complaint about the French fries tasting like spoiled milk was corrected by asking her friend (who was eating french fries), "Do they taste bad to you?"

"No."

"They taste fine to her."

Um. What?!?! That resolved nothing.



With our hopes that it was just a bad waitress that day, we decided to try them one more time to see if it would be better. Afterall everyone deserves a second chance.



We went in and we ordered one meal gluten free due to an ALLERGY to wheat. A hamburger with NO BUN. After a 20 minute wait, she brings out my husband's undercooked eggs (health codes please?) and my hamburger with a bun. My husband reminded her that we said I was allergic and could not have a bun and she said she would replace it and my husband told her... it has to be a whole new burger because a crumb can make my wife very ill. It's an ALLERGY. She nods and comes back 2 minutes later with bread crumbs and seeds all over the hamburger. She left and we put it back to end of table when she asked what was wrong my husband and I told her AGAIN... we can not have cross-contamination. The burger was pulled off the bun like we said not to. That it was an allergy. She said "well if we knew it was an allergy we would've but ..." my husband and I told her there... "we told you multiple times." She responds with "Well I didn't hear you."

Another sour point to mention Is we could clearly hear the cook when she took back the first time... "We'll did they SAY they didn't want a bun?!?" As if she was mad even though we did say. I order gluten free every week for 7 years. I am pretty habitual about it now. Not only I did but my husband too.

They then charges us for these meals despite I didn't get one bite of food and my husband's was not cooked ... and my husband left a quarter tip which is about 30 dollars more than we should've paid. I should sue them. And maybe I will. But we do know we will never eat there again and will pass the word of how horrible of experiences these 2 times were.
