Stay away!

My mother in law has stayed at this motel during her visits since we have lived in Fort Lupton, now going on several years. She has always found it to be clean, quiet and reasonably priced. This past week ( November 22, 2013) she and my husband's aunt stayed there again during their visit. This time , things had taken an obvious turn for the worse. They had to ask each morning for clean towels( two of the mornings there were none available). They were told they couldn't have tissue ( that they would need to provide their own) and when they asked for a working TV remote, they were told they couldn't be provided one because the staff had no batteries. Never once were they treated like paying guests. Though there are not any other great options here in the city, it is a far better use of money to drive to Brighton to a motel that understands customer service and is willing to treat it's patrons with respect, knowing that people DO have a choice where their money is spent. I would no recommend this motel unless some serious changes are made.

Stinky & Dirty. Bring your own blankets. I don't think this Motel washes the sheets & covers. I went to sleep on the floor and it was worse!!!!
