The pros; It's cheap, some utilities are included, nearby to schools



The cons; where to begin................



The manager lives on site, I'm certain she only got the job from living there for so long because she knows absolutely nothing about being a manager. Maintenance was only received when inspections where due. I was told communal areas and around the building where non smoking areas but you could smoke in your apartment, 15 months into the lease the manager decided that the entire building was non smoking, which is entirely illegal without me agreeing to append my lease, the manager would also send the maintenance guy round without any 24 hour notice which is also illegal and he would argue with me at my door to come in regardless of the fact I had 2 children under the age of 2 sleeping at the time. When confronted about the aforementioned issues the manager told me to 'do what I want' and rudely drove away.
