The owner Jim is knowledgeable but lacks professional customer service and communication skills! He is popular with his "regulars", but if he doesn't like you or disagrees with you he will make unprofessional comments and he does not like you to disagree or argue with him. His wife is a very successful local real estate lady so being that she is their primary financial provider Jim treats his business more as a hobby or part time business. For this reason he can afford to let his customer service skills slide a little, and he truly does not care if he gets repeat customers. He is content with his small following and the other shop in town gets a lot more business. Too bad, because he is a smart guy when it comes to anything hunting, but is very ignorant in his "people skills"

The owner of the business is often sarcastic, and seems to lack and not care about customer service skills. I spent 50 dollars in there and the owner banned me from ever coming back because we had a disagreement. The owner does not appreciate your business, and I say that because if you ask many questions, question him, or inconvenience him in any way then he seems to get a negative attitude. The shop usually has the attitude that the customer is inconveniencing them. When I brought it to the owners attention he told me it was his shop and he could do what he wanted. Not good for repeat business.
