I really love this store and the hand painted aspects of the pottery. Everyone is super friendly and will got out of their way to ensure you have a great shopping experience. Check their website because they do run specials/coupons quite frequently.

I recently purchased 8" medium scallop bowls. I bought them in the wild berry and honey crisp pattern. I love the price for the pattern and quality. But a note of caution to those who are looking for striking color. I viewed these from 4 different computers at 4 different locations as I had my eye on them for a few months deliberating exactly which patterns would co-ordinate with incoming and existing patterns.. The colors red and orange/gold represented online were 65% brighter with more saturation in hue. Cobalt is true to color. So, the colors are notably muted. In spite of this they still hold a significant aesthetic appeal to the senses. Shipping is also double what I pay for items of heavier weight from other polish pottery vendors, so be prepared to factor the price increase on sale items. But now that I know what to expect in shipping I would still do business with them, but item selection would have to be a "definitely must have".

Beware of Store policy on returns & refunds!!!!! I had a very high dollar item that cracked on first time and progressively got worse by third time in the oven. Owner refused to issue replacement, credit or even consider options for partial store credit for other similar items. Very poor customer service. I can guarantee that I will make sure to tell all my friends of all the other places they can buy Polish Pottery for 1/3rd of what Blue Rose charges....I.E. TJ Maxx, Tuesday Morning both carry Polish Pottery pieces at a very reasonable price and offer much better customer service _ Have a fair & reasonable return policy.
