Boarded my dog here for 12 days while on vacation. He can home extremely skinny, dehydrated, not eating or drinking and hacking like crazy. He came home filthy he stunk aswell as his toys and bed. They were supposed ti give him a bath but didnt confusion on date I wss picking him up even though paperwork saud date and I verbally told them date. Hesup to date on shots and was healthy before he went here. So I called and voiced my concern. Talked to Donna the owner and she had another employee call me . I told hold her was taking him yo thd vet snd she said call me when I find out whats wrong. So I called and told het he had kennel cough. She ruddely stated thst there was no way and said dhe was calling me vet. She had no concern for my dog and I got no apology. I paid $325 to them snd had a hefty vet bill. You would think customer service would be better. I hope my dog gets better soon.
