Provided by YPmobileThe owner of this establishment is consistently rude to me and my wife, even though we have purchased over $1000 in merchandise in the past 3 years. Gloria does not have customer service skills. I also question how much of the profits are truly going to the animals? There should be a posting of financials either in the store or online or both. For this, we prefer not to donate or shop here.
