Provided by YP.comIn response to Katie's review, this is a dog grooming salon so yes, depending on the time and/or day the place can be a little messy. Max is a great dog but is difficult for nail trimming. It is not uncommon here, or at other salons, for the dog owner to hold the dog for trimming if no other staff is available.

Provided by YP.comI would not recommend this groomer. I took my dog here more than once thinking the service would improve. Poochie's always seemed dirty and under staffed. During my last visit I had to hold my dog while the groomer attempted to clip his nails. Isn't that what I are paying them for?

Provided by YP.comWe have a shi-poo and a cockapoo, both dogs needs regular grooming. We have gone to Eve for several years now and she is fabulous. She asks for clarification on what sort of cut you want for your pup, she offers suggestions, she uses great products for dry skin or tangled fur. She remembers all the pups' names and does her best to help them feel relaxed in a stressful setting. I have recommended Eve to several of my friends and have heard nothing but good things from them too!
Thank you soooo much for this glowing review. I really appreciate it!!!!

Provided by YP.comI would not recommend this groomer to anyone.I have a dog that can be a lil overactive at times as he is not use to being caged and gets excited when he is out. I brought my dog in for a 2nd visit to be groomed as the 1st time he went there the groomer who groomed him said everything went well and that she didnt have any problems in grooming him.On his 2nd visit to be groomed I was not aware that the lady the groomed my dog the 1st visit no longer worked there until the lady who groomed my dog called for me to pick him up she stated in a laughing voice that he was a little overactive so she could not cut his nails and that I could bring him to the vet next door to get his nails groom. I stated that I would bring him to my vet to have his nails cut. I had no problem with her not being able to cut his nails. However, when I went to pay her she stated it would be $56 instead of $40-$45 that I thought was the charge. I asked her did the prices go up and she stated that she had to charge me a challenge fee. I felt that since she did not perform all of the services that is included with the grooming fee that she would have been already getting more money than the services she provided if I would have paid the regular fee. I stated to her that it would have been nice if she would have advised me that she was charging me extra when she was having difficulty or at least when we were on the phone for pickup so that I would have been prepared with the proper amount of cash. I went to my car to grab my purse (in the rain) and when I gave her my card she rudely grabbed it and threw it back on the counter after she scanned it. She could have been a little nicer being that she got over on me and she did not even give him a good haircut. I hope the extra money was worth it....Learn some customer service skills.
