It has been extremely difficult attempting to get an appointment with this office... no follow up from very disorganized office staff. After finally connecting, I was told that I would be sent a packet to complete prior to arrival. Two days later I received a voice mail from the same staff member to call to set up an appointment, which I had already done)!
Before i left home I realized that I had not received the packet and, after looking up the address, realized that the office had moved and was 15 minutes further from my home.. I phoned to notify that we would be late and, the call went to voice mail...left a message that I would be about 15 minutes late. Upon arrival we were denied the appointment because we were 2 minutes too late. The staff was extremely efficient at smugly notifying me that my son had already been billed for the "missed appointment."
The office was very difficult to locate, which added to the lateness. I asked if we could be seen for part of the session because it was so hard to get in. Denied! I asked for the doctor to call me to discuss and was laughingly told “I’ll tell her, but she aint gonna call”.
I’m making no judgment on the Doctor or her abilities, but her “office staff” is extremely unprofessional, rude and uncaring. People in need should steer clear of this office….
