The only reason that I shop here is because there are very few stores in Fort Mitchell. Besides only having one register open when the lines are long, the service is usually pretty good. BUT on August 28, while at the location in Fort Mitchell, my experience was unpleasant to say the least. There were two registers open with two lines - a line at each register. I was standing behind someone in line. When I put my stuff on the counter, the cashier told me that she would not check me out because I wasn't in line. Keep in mind that both registers were open with a line at each register. There were people in front of me and people behind me in the line that I was in. Then the cashier made the comment that she couldn't let people cut the line. I didn't cut the line and actually stood in line for about five minutes before I even made it to the register. Poor customer service! If I could give zero stars, I would.
