We've been taking tools to Tri State Tool for several years since we moved to the Valley. Tri State repaired our riding lawn mower and was instrumental in getting the majority of the bill covered under warranty. They have worked on smaller tools as well. Prices are reasonable, turn around time is good, great follow up, and they have made many valuable suggestions. Love these guys!!!

I am a lady and I take my lawnmower in to these guys for service for years sence my husband died and they have allways been been fair priced and make suggestions on maintenance and actually call me to seeif the service was satisfactory. Sue is allways very nice to me. I recommend them to everyone.

Very nice people to deal with. I have been taking my equipment to Dan for over 10 years. Dan takes the time to discuss issues and how to prevent future failures. They call with quotes and often the cost is less than quoted. Thanks for being here for us.

BEWARE THESE CROOKS!!!

My tool has been in 3 times with the same problem, and it STILL has the problem. Hundreds of dollars later, I've learned an expensive lesson. At best, they are imcompetent, and at worst they are crooks. I say the latter.



By the way, after the 3rd visit, Dan (the owner), calls me to yell at me and berate me and accuse me of all sorts of things. Guess I'll add liar and unprofessional as well.
