I am being illegally evicted by them at a property at 220 N 4th St, Sterling CO 80751 where their lease materials and complaint procedure all reference that this is a USDA funded property with USDA oversight and it came out two days ago in court that they receive NO funding from the USDA that the building is privately owned so all complaint avenues given to residents are not valid. they have discriminated against me from day one. they have shut off my air conditioning, harassed me in front of my neighbors, threatened to tow my vehicle illegAlly so I had ro remove it from the property in fear, and numerous other violations including our privacy by requiring notice of EVERY GUEST who enters the building. I receive in home medical care and that policy violates HIPPA rights. I am searching for attorneys and filing every complaint I can to get the word out. there is also a man living here who walks in to get
