We have been here for over a year. They have been very helpful, if you need help or something their right their to help. It's been a great place too stay while we complete our job here, I would recommend this rv park too anyone. Thank you Kelly Jared and Dan and too their whole family. Thank you for your time and help and friendship the wells family.

I have been here an extended period of time, both in the motel and RV park. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff has gone way out of their way to make me feel at home and been extremely helpful. They have always been there when I needed something. I have enjoyed the peace and quiet of the country here, yet close enough to town to be convenient. Simply unique, in all of my travels I have never stayed in such a comfortable, quiet, or clean and well maintained establishment.. Each room is more like a home than a motel room, uniquely decorated, each with a different theme. Absolutely not a cooky cutter operation here! If I were use one word to describe it would be "Special". Thank You for such a wonderful stay!

Stayed here. NEVER AGAIN. The owner is one big whitch.Room was ok. Nothing great. She has a book of rules like we are a bunch of kids. Cheapist motel in Morgan now I know why. Learned My Lesson. JUST A BIG WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS.

When the place is full of construction you know this is the place to stay. I came in October 2011, as part of linemen that are doing a project in the area, and stayed the entire project. The room was fresh and clean, plenty of hot water and clean towels. I was able to sleep and relax knowing my things were safe at night, as well as the things in my room . Only one dog there and well kept up area. We may be back to do another projectand I will definately see if they have availabilities.

As project manager I have my choice of where to stay but when I kept hearing about this place at the jobsite I knew I had to check it out. I had been staying at the Comfort Inn, at a much higher pricetag, but they are not nearly as clean and friendly. I was lucky enough to get into a suite without delay, but would have kept checking back if a room was not available. The staff was so friendly and the room was like a home instead of a motel. I stayed the entire project, over 10 months, with no regrets, and I made sure my company knows about the Country Comfort for when we are in the area again next year. I highly recommend and you can contact me and I will tell you all the good things you will find there.

We stayed there several weeks. At first we did not like the rules, but after awhile we saw why they have them. No smoking in the rooms. If you do you are gone. But the rooms are so clean and fresh smelling we did not mind smoking outside. If you are in the room during the day you have to put towels out to get fresh. I had a bad virus and was able to take the soiled towels outside and get fresh without them coming in the room while I was trying to sleep. From now on we will look and if there are no rules we don't want to stay there becuase rules means a much nicer stay.

The reviews don't lie Based on the reviews for the motel, we decided to stay for a night. The room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom fixtures were clean and shiney. You can tell that the owners care about this facility. We would definitely stay here again. It is a winner.

I was there April 10 - May 14 and the place is great. I love to cook and had everything I needed. I love to grill and they allow grilling on the patio. Always plenty of hot water and fresh towels. Wifey visited over Easter and was treated like a queen. Fresh flowers in the room.I only wish I could find more places like this when I travel.

I came February 24 and left May 4,2012. I had a wonderful stay. At first I chose this place because it is the cheaperst in town. Then when I saw the rooms I knew it was the place for me. Not only could you smell how clean it is, but the decore makes it like a home. When you stay in motels as much as I do you appreciate the little homey touches that you find here.I recommend but will caution the rooms fill up fast and they don't take reservations.

I was there for several months working on the fas plant in New Raymer. Not only was the room fabulous, the staff went above and beyond. My wife would come every-other weekend and my room was always cleaned and the bedding changed and often there would be fresh roses from the garden floating in a vase for her. I was sad when my time ended as this was like home. I hope to go back for the next phase and get to stay here again.

I had a job to do in the area and after researching both parks decided to stay at this one. The price includes everything including television and wi-fi. The privacy fences was my determining factor. I did not have to fight for space and privacy as the fences kept everyone in their own area. There were no noisy children nor barking dogs, which I really enjoyed when I was trying to sleep. I would recommend and hope to stay again.

My wife and I stayed here on our trip across country. She is in a wheelchair and I needed a place she would be safe. This place was perfect. The internet was fast and we were able to download NETFLIX. The power did not fluctuate. The cable television was clear with a lot of choices. We highly recommend and hope to stay again when we head back east.

We have stayed in this area numerous times and have tried both parks but this one is the best by far. We love the privacy fences and picnic tables. We feel so safe and secure here. Several of the people stay long term, and our favorite gentleman has been there for years. We highly recommend if you are in the area.

We were coming east from Denver and this was the first place we saw. My boyfriend and I took the room and when we opened the door it was like WOW. The bedspread and curtains match. My boyfriend went into the bathroom and was like WOW the shower curtain matches too. This place is way cool.

We stopped at another park in town and just did not feel safe so the Chamber of Commerce told us about this park and I am so glad they did. We stayed here for over a month and this park is so clean and safe we really had a great stay. They are working on something all the time and it shows. We highly recommend and will tell our office this is the place to send the next group.

We live in Denver but our son lives in Morgan and races. We used to stay at another park in town as we did not know about this one, but now that we do, we will never go back This one is so clean and well lit. The other park is back behind another motel and so dark we never felt safe. This place is awesome.

We called and they had a pull-thru so we stayed there. It was very nice and quiet. We got there late at night but the spot was well lit. The cost was $25 and included tv and internet. We would stay again.

My brother and I stayed one night in two units. They were wonderful. The park was clean and well lit. We wanted to go out for a nice meal and the restaurant they recommended was also great (Country Steak-Out). When we left they helped us manouver out to the road. We hope when we come back in two weeks they have space for us.

I stayed here over a year and finally got into my own home. The place was great. Very secure and well-lit. Privacy fences and picnic tables gave you a sense of home. I saw more than once where they turned down people who did not look like they were the type people you would want to live by (there is another park in town they went to), which made me happy as I am often out-of-town overnight with my job and knew my things were safe. If I ever live in my 5th wheel again, I know where to go..
