This store operates a post office inside and the service is simply horrible. Paid $15 and left a package with her to be mailed before the holidays - the address couldn't be verified. Owner said to call back with verified address and she would mail the package. We called back to the number she gave us, twice, THAT day and gave her the verified address. She never did anything with the information we gave her or the package. Yesterday, a month after we gave her the package, she delivers it to us (we live less than a half mile from her store). Flabbergasted, we couldn't believe it was never mailed. SO we said...ok, here is the verified address we gave you then, please mail it- to which she says the postage expired... WHAT? postage expired? So she basically kept the $15 and did not provide the service for which we paid. we will never use her store again, and will spread the word around how poorly she treats her customers and accepts payment for services she never provides!
