My spouse was released from the hospital with heart issues. This pharmacy took seven hours to tell me we needed prior authorization at 8:30 pm. They are short handed. No coverage. Joke. heart issues day two no medications. I'm switching to another pharmacy. Cardiologist nurse is appalled at their lack of service. Twenty min to answer phone.
