I paid in full for a mail box until May 2015 with the understanding that the owner Jay would forward my mail when ever I call, email him. I have had nothing but problems reaching their company or Jay the owner. I have emailed, called, texted and faxed him and his company numerous times and he never responds. His service is extremely poor to non and I do not even know if he is in business at this point . His business is not listed with the state under A pack n ship. I am about to report him to other BBB, the State of Florida and the USPS for failure to deliver the mail which is a federal crime.I suggest no one ever do business with this company or Jay.

This little pack and ship store is not all that little, in size or in service. They treat their customers like real people, not like, "Take a number, next!" In other words, they go that extra mile, thanks for that. I highly recommend them! - deb

We have always used this place leading up to the holidays to handle our shipping needs. Things just seem to be a little easier when you let them handle the details. We had a problem this year with a package getting lost and were quite impressed with the involvement and level of concern of the staff at A Pack to help us get it resolved. We were very pleased when they contacted us numerous times while this was going on and the best part was the package was recovered and finally made it to its destination - 2 days before Christmas!! What a relief. The kids were so grateful to receive their gifts just in time for the big weekend. We were so grateful that people don't just work at A Pack - they truly care. We are looking forward to using your service more often - not just for Christmas anymore!

Very impressed is all I can say!! They flat out just know how to pack - they know how to save money on shipping and they are so outgoing and helpful. Thank you.It's nice to see businesses being run professionally and with such care for the details. We always trust that things WILL be handled properly when we bring our business to A Pack. It's refreshing that you can still count on a business that genuinely cares.

We have used a pack and ship in fort myers for years and have always received excellent service. The current proprietor is very pleasant and helpful. The service has never been better.

THE place to go when you want to ship something! My experiences with this business have all been very positive. The staff are not only expert at packing, they really know how to take care of people by going the extra mile to satisfy customers!I have always been pleased with their service. My favorite part of visiting this location is seeing the huge German Shepard that "works" there as a greeter. Beautiful dog!

To whom it may concern:I was at your store this morning with my two small children to send a few packages out. My 2 year old was having a moment as do many 2 year olds do. Your clerk decided to take this moment to offer his "expertise" on parenting and suggest that I take a course to better my own skills as he hands me a pamphlet. He then proceeds to tell me about his "girlfriend" and her wonderfully well behaved 8 year old that is the result of her fantastic parenting.Now I find it kind of strange first of all that the clerck is indirectly telling me that I am a bad parent while he himself has never been one! I know we all think we are experts in todays age with the internet and all. Lastly, maintaing a "healthy and happy" household would mean maintaing your relationship with your spouse, not ending it in divorce and finding some clerck to play the daddy role. Now if I may offer some advice of my own please don't take it personal:If your passionate about something that does'
