unprofessional staff, racial profiling, they're in the hood, dirty parking lot. someone told me to go there because i'm new to fort myers. the staff is not used to well spoken, well dressed black folk, security is bogus. the chinese dude was rude as i don't know what. i was born here. he needs to go learn english or get back on the boat to china or be nice. lol

I think this is the best hair store in Fort Myers!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS STORE TRIED TO REFUSE SERVICE TO A PATROL DUE TO HER SERVICE DOG!! UNFORGIVABLY THE BUSINESS MAN LAUGHED AT THE PATROLS INFO HANDOUT ON SERVICE DOGS! Right in her face! DISGRACEFUL!!
