A real person answers the phone promptly. Was able to get an appointment the same day. Not only was the technician knowledgeable and prompt but call to say they would be here a bit earlier. Showed us the issue we were able to make a decision and purchase a new washer without any headaches. It was installed the next day. The old machine taken away the new machine was put in in less than 24 hours! All inquiries and appointments were timely. They completely exceeded my expectations I would use them again and certainly recommend them! Haven't had service like this in my entire life Great job!

Had them here for the same problems 3 times. Still not fixed but they have enjoyed charging me a service call every time. I'm out $450 in just service calls. Will be contacting someone else and hopefully finally get it fixed. STAY AWAY.

I own 4 different restaurants in SWFL and my go to guys are appliance service. We were affected my the Hurricane at all 4 locations and appliance service came out the day after the storm to all my store to fix all the issues from my grills not lighting to my AC's not cooling. They also had to replace compressor's in 3 different coolers so we did not lose all the food.

Appliance service company sent Sam out to work on my AC unit after being told by 4 other company's I needed a new unit. He came out after hours and fixed it with parts he has on him truck for $318 which is a lot better than the $8,000 i was quoted for a new unit. He also told me when I was ready a new unit would be $4,500

I live in Marco Island so not many service company's will come to my house but I am glad I found appliance service. the fix all my issues in my house. after the storm I called them to have them fix my washer, dryer, AC, water heater, and my fridge that was all taken out from a power surge.

My LG washer broke so I looked up local company's to come out and fix it but when I called John at appliance service the helped me over the phone for free then sold me the part I needed now my machine is working again and I am a new life time customer.

I had Sam and his trainee out to my house to fix my washer then when he was done he informed me that he works on everything in the house so I had him take a look at my garage door that he also fixed for me all in the same trip.

I bought a new hot water heater from Home Depot and it wouldn't maintain hot water so I contacted Rheem and the number they provided. Rheem had explained to me that it sounded like a bottom element was bad so I turned the top thermostat up and the lower one down to try to make it as hot as possible and just keep hitting the reset button. Rheem made a call to this company to service our hot water heater. The gentleman came out and saw my thermostats were set differently and automatically assumed I was a moron so he set the temperatures to be the same and left. That night at three in the morning I woke up to make my son a bottle with no hot water and this was also on Thanksgiving morning. I have a family of six and have been left with no service. Today is November 30. I have been instructed to contact Rheem and go through the whole process again by John the general manager.

They repaired my two weeks ago and charged me $300. He said the part was under warranty and also that if I had anymore trouble in the next couple of weeks, the repair service would be free. When the refrigerator broke again with the same problem, I called them and answered all their questions. They said he had to "research my problem" and would call me back. They never returned my call again. I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before I ever let them in my house!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!

This company is so rude! They schedule me for a Thurs appointment. I even call and tell them which part is needed so they can order it ahead of time. Thurs comes and no call no show. I call that evening and the most rude receptionist answers. "Well your part just got here today so obivously we wouldn't be at your house today." Ok..no communication. She continues to tell me that I will be recieving a call that night confirming appointment for tomorrow. Never recieved a call. Wait most of the day waiting on a call or a person. Nothing. I call them and they tell me they had a person call in sick so they weren't able to get to my house. A phone call would have went a long way! Then they proceed in telling me that they can't get to my house until Monday. This is now a week and a half without a washer! I work so no one will be home that day. Then he tells me they only are in my area on MWF. Then why in the hell would you make my original appointment for a Thurs??? Seriously?? RUDE, HORRIBLE COMPANY. Oh and did I mention they had this same rude behavior last year? Yeah don't use them!

This company left me waiting all day and just didn't show. Obviously, I was upset after wasting a whole day and let them know it. I was told to look for someone else to do the work by some snotnose with an attitude. Stay away from these people.

I would not recommend them due to the lack of customer service. An office staff member and I had a difference of opinion over the phone, the staff member said to me, "Over the years, I've come to realize you can't trust a customer's word." then she hung up on me. I have called several times to speak to a manager and have not received a call back.
