Provided by YP.comWhat a scumbag operation. These people have the same integrity as lawyers...you buy a 60 month battery and when it crashes at 19 months, they want you to pay 50% for another...They are in the same category as AC repair...dishonest, no integrity, scumbags..

Provided by YP.comI walked into autonation toyota scion of fort myers just waiting for my car to get serviced. After talking with kevin bays about the scion iA in the show room, we took one out for a test drive. A few hours later i drove away in my brand new scion iA, i love this car, i love the dealership, and i will be buying another car from them someday down the road.

Provided by YP.comI was very hesitant, because I've been a "Honda" fan, but we had a very good experience with AutoNation Toyota. I purchased a Toyota Sienna and LOVE it! Service has been great and the Salesmen were very accommodating. I would definitely purchase a car from them again!

Provided by YP.comSpent over an hour waiting for routine maintenance four days ago. This was my 3rd visit in the past 18 months. Fluids were not refilled, topped off or notified that they're low. I just noticed my brake fluid is below the lower mark. The other fluids are at the lower mark. These fluids were likely never refilled in the past 3 visits. My first visit was at 5,000miles, second at 10,000miles, and third at 13,000miles. If the fluids were refilled at any of these visits, it would not be past the lower mark 4 days (100miles later). If there were leaks, I would have noticed. Actually the routine maintenance was supposed to check for leaks, according to my "Toyota Quality Vehicle Inspection" checklist. And if there is a leak, is it likely that all of my fluids are leaking to the lower marker at the same time and rate?
Can't tell if anything else was done during the routine maintenaceS, beside water splashed onto car. Too many other service centers nearby to take a chance here. Now I know to check my car immediately after each service. I'll have to mark my tires to see if they were rotated. It's sad that you can't trust a "well-known" dealership. And you shouldn't have to spend time to double-check someone's work.
