I just started using Black Star Limo for airport service and I am very impressed. The cars are clean and comfortable. The Hummer is very roomy on the inside. I have used other limo services before but none of them have been this professional. I highly recommend that you give them a try.



Pros: Professional and excellent limo service

my name is shemika and i had a bad experence with this company i call them in feburary the 24 to book a wedding reservations fot june 8. on april 2 i caught the groom with his pants down so i cancelled the wedding .i called the limo service to cancelled the reservation they cancelled it right away but they never refunded my money back. ive called their 1-800-257-8661 left several message. my messages where left un returned.i even called the corporation 305-747-0428 i was told i will receive a check in the mail in july its september now .i cant understand why a company will not return a customer money if they didnt received service. thats bad customer service and against the law.i feel so stupid.if the company would have returned any of my phone call and gave me my refund back due to not doing bussiness with them its not like i found another limo service and went with them it just didnt work out between us to but if i would have been getting married again i would have thought of them .but due to how there handling me at this time i will not think to use them again nor recommend to any one i would not want someone to go threw one im going threw now due to cancelling
