Commenting on that low review. They do their best to groom each and every puppy dog that comes in. So with that said like with yong kids and hair cuts puppy's on their firsts few grooming aren't the easiest to to stay still. And not to mention at that time they were giving one free grooming to each puppy that was bought from that store. Which is no longer the case.

I brought my 2 100lb. Goldens in for a new doo. They treated them so good and did a wonderful job. The prices are very reasonable all around. Especially for the size my dogs are. I've been turned down by more that one groomer because of how big they are. I will defiantly keep going back.

I brought my standard poodle to the shop and this groomer did a fabulous job ...good going and I would recummend her to everyone

Our pet store recommended this groomer, but our little dog has patches that they missed and he is very uneven. Then they put a glittered bandana on him so me, my dog and my car were all covered in glitter. Bad experience. Beware.
