Excellent service!! Not only did this company quickly come out to my parents' home, but they thoroughly and efficiently inspected their entire sprinkler system and even upgraded them with a new Rainbird timer and rain sensor that works amazing. The grass is greener and thicker than ever, best looking yard in the neighborhood. Will definitely recommend this company in the future.

Awful customer service! I scheduled an appointment with them to come in the afternoon-- they showed up 2 hours early while I was on the way out the door for an appointment. I had told Neida the owner 4 times that I would not be around until the afternoon. The workers seemed to have no knowledge of that. Then the workers never came back! No one called from the office to inform me that no one was coming back. Don't waste your time with this one!

I was referred to Neida by my boss who had received an excellent price for some repairs. I called Dave's Sprinkler the following morning and she arrived within the hour and provided a FREE consultation for what I had believed was a broken pump feeding my irrigation system.



This service call would have been $80 with any other sprinkler repair company. It turned out to be an easy-fix power supply issue and contacted an electrician to come later that afternoon who would charge a very reasonable rate. I wasn't charged a penny for any of this!



Very friendly, knowledgeable lady. She will be my go-to for any irrigation issues that come up in the future without a doubt.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE.. QUOTED OVER THE PHONE LOWER PRICE AND WHEN DONE PRICE WENT UP A LOT... SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SET UP SPRINKLER TIMER.. AND SHE DOES THIS FOR LIVING!!! SHOWED UP QUIET A BIT LATER THAN SHE PROMISED.. INSTEAD OF ADJUSTING ONE OF THE SPRINKLER HEAD HIT THE GROUND VERY HARD WITH HER SHOWEL THAT SPRINKLER HEAD BROKE. AND SHE CHARGED ME FOR A NEW ONE... SHE WAS ON THE PHONE... NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.. I WOULD NOT EVER HI

I think they have relocated to Crystal Dr. but regardless I cant believe how they can miss 3 apointments without calling even though you are given a 2 hour block to sit and wait for them to show up. Isnt an apointment made so you know that they are coming between a certain time? And if it's raining across town you are suppose to know that they are not showing up. Also, my $30 sprinkler head ended up costing almost $300 for two hours of labor??? Are you kidding me? What a joke. Do not use this company.
