I ordered a door with Devin O'Connell in Spetember of 2009, paid them half and a added on "labor" charge. Three weeks later they called and told me the door was in and set up an install time of 4pm. I tool off work and planned on meeting them at 4pm as agreed. At 1:00 pm their installer called and said I will be there in 10 minutes. I told him we had a 4pm time and I was not home. He said he did not care and would not dirve up to my home at 4pm, call scheduling. He hung up. Who runs this company???I called scheduling and they did not care, they had half my money. I already missed a half day of work. They offered me a $25.00 Publix Gift certificate that I did not want or ask for. The next day the owner Devin O'Connell called me and was rude. He did not like that I was complaining and refused to finish the job. I told him I would bend over backwards to get this door in. We really wanted it. Devin O'ConnellI told me to go to Home Depot.
