bad customer service - liars

did not complete installation - countertop installed without faucet made it very difficult to install faucet after countertop installation because of lack of space between sink and cabinet
9 hours late for installation - scheduler was told 2 weeks in advance that installation had to be early in the morning, the day before installation scheduler called with a 3:00 - 5:00 pm installation window, scheduler was told that was not acceptable, she then told me someone would be there between 1:00 and 3:00 pm, installer did not show up until 5:30pm, thankfully a Lowe's installation manager had agreed to wait at jobsite for installer, she was there from 10:00 am
sink purchased had parts missing - no baskets
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON
