I placed an order from this store this evening for my 3 children and myself. My order was to be delivered to my home. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizza, an Italian sub, and Parmesan bites. When the delivery woman came to my home I noticed she failed to deliver my Parmesan bites. I ran out to the driveway to catch the driver but she did not notice my waves. I immediately contacted the store and spoke with the clerk named Courtney. I told her the situation about the driver failing to leave my whole order. She said she would contact the driver and have her turn around to deliver the Parmesan bites. 30 min had past and the Parmesan bites still had not been delivered so I phoned the store again. I spoke with a manager this time and the manager was very rude he would not even tell me his name. He began to insist that I was lying about receiving the Parmesan bites. I told the manager that I was not lying and did not receive the Parmesan bites. I have been a loyal customer at this store since its opening and I am truly upset about the way I was spoken to and how my character was maliciously attacked. I will no longer do business with this company if this is the way they intend on treating customers.
