4 weeks ago, I requested a letter from Dr. Maggiano stating why I needed help with my son; I needed this to continue my son receiving services as he has many disabling conditions so that I can work and he can continue to live at home. I was told I had to come in which I was happy to do. I cam in the next week and Dr. Maggiano said "no problem-will have it to you by end of this week" That was 3 weeks ago.
