Enterprise has always been a great place for us, but this particular location is horrendous.



Before our insurance agency told us about it, because it was close to our service provider for fixing our car, we never heard of them. The location is in a rough part of town, the first car we were given was supposed to be a "luxury rental" that was incredibly filthy inside and out. We were shocked it could even be used as a rental. Then we were changed to an SUV class for the same price, and they were very rude and unthorough regarding the checking of the vehicle.



If the company has less than 20 incredible reviews that are written within the same time frame, I guarantee you, the reviews are submitted by employees. Just a heads up

absolutely wonderful staff... pleasant and friendly... excellent cars and trucks... i wouldn't rent anywhere else even if it were 90% cheaper... A+

The car ran very goo. I recently called about a refund for the extra driver that I paid $5 a day for thrity days when that person was only there for forteen days. Thankyou John Delrose
