I went on July 29th, 2015 and over paid for a procedure and had issues with them submitting payment to my insurance, so two months later in September when I had a second procedure done through an affiliated company who does billing, I found out I had a credit. Was told on October 21st, November 14th, and November 25th a refund would be processed back to my credit card. December 11th I called again and was told someone would call me back and no one did. I called December 23rd and was told the check was mailed out on the 14th and I should have it within two weeks. I called December 31st and was told there was a delay in the checks due to the holiday, in other words it wasn't mailed out but was told I should have it by thw firstweek of January. I would recommend not giving payment up front until you know the true cost. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and will contact a lawyer if needed for them withholding my refund.
