I had the pleasure of renting a duplex with Florida Resale. The leasing agent Julie was very helpful. They were on top of any problems that may have occurred with just one phone call.
I only made the decision to move was to get my Son closer to his job and school otherwise, I would still be there.
Julie is a very good leasing agent and I would commend Florida Resale to anyone who would be looking to rental or purchase a home.

I would never recommend renting from Florida Resale Properties. They are very unfair to their tenants. I paid my rent on time every month and kept my apartment very clean. They accidentally flooded the apartment when they replaced the water heater. Mind you they replaced the water heater and used outdated supplies which where not within the code any more. They never glued it back together, it burst and flooded the entire apartment. They only refunded me my rent and my security deposit. I had to fight with them to refund me for the water and electric. Water was the flood, Electric was the restoration company at the apartment for a week straight with huge blowers in the house to dry out the walls!!!!! It ridiculous. They wanted me to go half on water and electric with them. RIDICULOUS!!!! I had to fight with them for awhile to get them to pay it. Never was I reimbursed for my damaged property which THEY were at fault for.



I would also like to add that a huge part in the closet started to grow mold and all they did was paint over it. It didnt take 36 hours before the mold started to eat through the paint. Thats how bad the place was. Florida resale was refusing to get it fixed. I had to call code enforcement to come out to the apartment where they finally closed the apartment and stated it was too dangerous to live in because of the amount of mold. They gave me 24 hours to get my stuff out and that was how I finally got out of the lease with this horrible company. I would NEVER recommend them. I was a tenant who paid their rent on time, kept the place clean, never cause them any trouble until this, and than I was treated like a piece of crap for THIER MISTAKE!!!!!!!!
