THIS PLACE IS WORST THAN ANY O...

THIS PLACE IS WORST THAN ANY OTHER CAR LOT IN FORT MYERS. THEY HAVE CARS THAT HAVE BLUE BOOK VALUE OF $300 LISTED FOR SALE AT $4000. THEY HAVE THE WAS PRICE AND THE NOW PRICE ON EVERY CAR WINDOW EVEN IF THE CAR JUST GOT THERE. THE PRICES NEVER CHANGE, ITS JUST A WAY TO PULL YOU IN. THEY WANT TO PULL YOUR CREDIT BEFORE YOU EVEN PICK OUT A CAR AND TEST DRIVE. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN BECAUSE OF HOW THEY KEEP EVERYTHING HIDING, LIKE INTREST RATES AND THE TRUE PRICE OF THE CAR... NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

I bought a 2010 dodge caliber ...

I bought a 2010 dodge caliber with 90 day warranty on 02/02/2012, by the third month of having this vehicle it messed up, they gave me a hard time to fix it, on the fifth month it did it messed up again and now my meter gauges are not working, they dont want to fix it now because of my warranty expired so now im stuck with this 15 thousand dollars vehicle that dosent work and i have to pay for any repairs that are not cheap for this vehicle, they gave me the car fax and told me there was nothing wrong with the car, and that is a lie, they told me that the vehicle had one prevews owner and it a lie to find out it was a RENTAL car, they told me that the vehicle has 100,000 miles warranty by the manufacture and that is a BIG LIE AGAIN, i told them that i wanted my money back or for them to transfer it to another vehicle and OH WE CANNOT DO THAT, WARNING! DO NOT SHOP AT GERMAIN AUTO ADVANTAGE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS AND DEFFENETLY DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, EVEN THE STORE MANAGER DID NOT WANTED PART OF THE SITUATION, GERMAINE YOU ARE A FRAUD AND NEED TO GO AOUT OF BUSINESS.

We went to this Fort Myers use...

We went to this Fort Myers used car dealership early Saturday afternoon (04/28) to look at a car that was on their website - a Porsche SUV. After looking the vehicle over and getting in for a test drive we were told that the car was sold. We expressed interest in an A4 that was on their website, but we were told it was on another one of their lots - the salesman told us he could have the car for us to see in an hour. After placing the call to the second dealership we were told 2 hours. We left the lot to run some errands - when we returned 3 hours later the car had been delivered nor had it even left the other lot. We were told it would be in the following day(4/29). We informed the salesman that I would not be available until the afternoon on Sunday. At 11:16 AM I received a message from the dealership letting me know the A4 was on the lot. As soon as I was able to break free from work I went to the lot, less than four hours later, and was informed by the manager that the car was no longer there..... At the very least this dealership has very poor customer service, at the worse they are lairs and never had the A4 and the Porsche was never for sale.

DO NOT EVEN STEP FOOT ON THEIR...

DO NOT EVEN STEP FOOT ON THEIR PROPERTY! They are so shady they put the biggest con man to shame. I bought a vehicle and was told that my "gold warranty" would take care of ANY issue I had within 90 days. Turns out I need a repair that will cost me $800 and I am stuck with the bill. Also they like to tack dealers fees on to your contract without you knowing. The dealer fee is supposed to be covered by the "DEALER". Bottom line :The price on the window is NOT WHAT YOU WILL PAY! I guess this is one of those live an learn situations.

well me and my wife stopped in...

well me and my wife stopped in today looking for a used toyota prius because of the high gas prices wanted to save money on milage we drive 109 miles a day .this was our 3rd car lot of the day .they had a 2007 prius NO NAVAGATION NO BELLS NO WHISTLES but with low miles we took a look everythig was good with the car ...he had to find out the price because he just got it in......and then we went to the salesman office they wanted 22,900.00 for the car ...the best they could do is 21,900..... we told him that was way overpriced for that car for that year .new ones were running 25,000 to 28,000 and kelly blue book had that one at 18,000 to say the least THEY ARE WAY OVERPRICED by 3190. ....we even had him go to the sales manager and he said that they would sale it for that price because no one has them.......we left there and went to another car lot ....FORT MYERS VOLKSWAGEN very nice people to deal with plus offered us a bottled water and coffee as we walked in the door we were there 30 min ....and we brought a 2008 prius with navagation for only 17,600.00 GERMAIN NEED TO GET WITH THE PROGRAM ......maybe thats why there lots are full of cars and no people on them .just wanted to let people know they are still good deals out there just not at germains.

Be careful going there!!!!!

After my experience there today I would not advise anyone to step on their property. I was rudely shown the door after I would not play the salesman's games. Mike was the sales guy who approached me and we talked. Looked at the trucks wanted to take me for a ride and I said no, that's their first trick, get you into the vehicle. he notice the shirt I was wearing and started to make small talk about it, I went along. So he said come inside and I'll check our inventory, we have 5 locations, he said. Were a family store, he said. We went inside and he wanted to sit down, he grabbed a pad to "get my info" and . I politely said no thank you, I'll look around while your checking inventory. He walked away and "his manager came over, I said that I was already working with Mike and I'd wait for him. I guess he got upset that I didn't shake his hand. Within 30 seconds Mike came back and said he was done. We were close to the door so he opened it and told me to go back to Germain Toyota where I purchased my last vehicle. I walked out to my truck then back in and confronted him and a few other salespeople who were sitting there and asked if that was how they did their business. He said that I didn't want to buy there and I should leave. I guess he knew that I was an experienced buyer and wouldn't play his games he didn't want to waste his time with me. No quick sale here. I wouldn't take a ride, I wouldn't sit down and I wouldn't fill out his form. I guess 3 strikes and I was out. I had told him I was lookin for a fairly new 4 wheel drive, diesel engine, HD truck able to tow a large trailer. Damn, sounds like a big sale for him, if he had one. That's why he was going in to check the other stores inventory. What went wrong??????? Just be careful going there. On my way out the second time another man came out and apologized for Mikes actions and rattled off some excuse for him.

He was clearly a vulture salesman. He didn't like his prey at hand so he dumped it and went on for the next kill.

Unlike my experience there I bought a new corvette at Estero Bay Chevrolet 6 months prior and had the best car buying experience ever. You know how you hate to go car shopping, Auto Advantage proved to be the perfect example of that for me. Charles Winton at the Chevy dealer was the complete opposite. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Mike, I'll be telling everyone I can about this episode. You are a true stereo typical car salesman!
