I’ve shopped at Guitar Centers all over the USA, and I’ve had good service, knowledgeable people and good experiences - but I had THE BEST person, service and treatment today. Denise is a shining star. Her attention and rapport with customers (including me) is just incredible. She’s a huge asset to your store. Thank you Denise! I’ll definitely be a regular now.

Always helpful always have constructive answers and solutions to problems. Very broad selection of instruments also.

I was recently in the store to have work done on my Ibanez guitar. I needed a set up and switch replaced. I was told they'd have the guitar done in a couple of days before my next gig. What happens next is: I went in and it was not done as promised, and was actually missing parts. come to find out a salesperson thought it was owned by the store and sold parts off of it, or probably they were stolen, but anyway it was in worse shape than when I dropped it off, the repair guy was rude. I asked for the manager and got some young kid with tight pants and pimpled face telling me they'd fix it, I didnt bother I picked it up and will never go back there again

I JUST HAD MY D-28 MARTIN REPAIRED THERE. YOUR EMPLOYER TOLD ME THIS WAS A CERTIFIED MARTIN REPAIR SHOP.I FOUND OUT JUST BEFORE IT WAS FINISHED...ITS NOT. I WAS TOLD BY YOUR STORE THE MARTIN WOULD BE FINISHED AND I COULD PICK IT UP ON SAT. I COME IN 515PM SAT AND ITS HANGING ON THE WALL NOT FINISHED. I ASKED THE GUY REPAIRING IT WHEN IT WOULD BE DONE..HE SAID " AFTER I FINISH THESE TWO" AND HE DIDNT EVEN LOOK UP TO SPEAK TO ME. I CAME BACK SUNDAY AND PICKED UP THE MARTIN. I DIDNT HAVE MY GLASSES W/ ME.WHEN I GOT HOME I OPENED UP THE CASE AND INSPECTED THE GUITAR. GOD I CANT BELIEVE THE SCRATCHES ON THE BACK OF THE GUITAR.IT HAD TO OF BEEN SET ON A TABLE W/ SCREWS ON IT.THE WORK ON THE NECK NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.IM VERY UPSET ABOUT THE WHOLE THING.THE GUITAR CENTER SHOULD NEVER HAD LIED TO ME ABOUT BEING A CERTIFIED MARTIN REPAIR SHOP.AND THEN SCRATCH IT UP LIKE IT WAS A PIECE OF JUNK.
